JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns, and provide written documentation of customer interactions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with courtesy, understanding, and follow-up resolution

  • Learn about company products to assist in processing orders

WORK HOURS AND BENEFITS

  • Southwest Omaha location

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Polite and friendly communication skills

  • Quick learner

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Excellent phone and listening skills

  • Ability to multi-task

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school graduate

  • Computer skills

  • Customer care experience preferred
